Two products. One principle: a single injection.
Crespine Gel and Crespine Gel+ are resorbable intra-articular implants made of cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Both are supplied as sterile 2 ml prefilled syringes and administered once per treatment cycle.
Crespine Gel+
The same gel with 3 mg/ml of the local anaesthetic prilocaine hydrochloride. Twelve-month single-injection data published in 2026.
Product detailsA gel that flows under injection pressure and holds its structure in the joint.
Advanced Thixotropic Technology (ATT) lowers the viscosity of the gel while force is applied and lets it recover at rest. Covalent cross-linking (CRM®) protects the hyaluronic acid against enzymes and free radicals. Together they make a highly concentrated gel that passes through fine needles and remains stable where it is placed.

Two peer-reviewed cohort studies have followed patients for nine and twelve months after a single injection. Both are open-label and single-arm; we report them as such.

Made in Germany is a process, not a label.
Development and production take place at our own site in Dümmer under an ISO 13485 quality management system. The hyaluronic acid is produced by biofermentation, not from animal tissue, and every batch is tested for endotoxins before release.
