Crespine Gel and Crespine Gel+

Both products are sterile, viscoelastic, biocompatible gel implants made of cross-linked hyaluronic acid. They are injected intra-articularly to supplement the altered synovial fluid in osteoarthritic joints and are indicated for osteoarthritis of the knee and hip.

Crespine Gel

Viscosupplement for osteoarthritis of the knee and hip. 15 mg hyaluronic acid per ml, 14 mg of it cross-linked.

The same gel with 3 mg/ml of the local anaesthetic prilocaine hydrochloride. Twelve-month single-injection data published in 2026.
